Club card it is definite amount of time user buys and can use anytime, he wants.
First you have to create club card, then you have to sell it to user.
You can do it all from VIEW - USERS menu, 'club cards' tab.
In ' Registration name' column , if users photo is loaded appears
icon, you can click on it to see full size photo.
For fast cards search ' Search by name' and ' Search by No' fields are used.
How to create club cards:
In cc.ini add section [ClubCards]. Then add club cards tariffs in <tariff><time
in minutes> = <cost> format. Example:
[ClubCards]
internet 600=15
internet 1200=25
game 600=10
It means - internet card for 600 minutes costs 15 dollars, internet card for
1200 minutes costs 25 dollars, game card for 600 minutes costs 10 dollars.
How to sell club card
When new card number is entered in 'Card No' you can add user name, you can
choose card tariff and time and you can fill No field. Also you can load picture
of user , press LOAD button on the right side of dialog to do it.
After all information entered, press OK button to sell this card.
When existing club card number is entered, user information automatically
appears.
How to delete cards
Select one or more cards you want to delete and press DELETE button.
How to start session from club card
When user wants to start session from his card, he tells operator his club
card number and operator writes this number in corresponding field in ADD
TIME dialog. Operator has to choose 'Club card' from drop down list before.
When card number is entered in ADD TIME dialog, TIME field automatically
shows all time, remained on this card. If it is internet tariff, traffic is
unlimited. If operator changes TIME field, for example to one hour, traffic
gets from price in this case.
Operator can stop club card session anytime, user wants - just double click
on computer in list of computers. Remained session time will go back to club
card in this case.
If several users starts session from one club card simultaneously, summed time
extracts from club card.
