Internet speed limitation

This ability can be used when you have very fast internet with expensive traffic.
There are two ways to limit internet speed:

1. Smoothly, with built in proxy enabled. To turn it on, fill the field DELAY. This delay can be get only experimentally, to get wishful speed.

Disadvantages of this method are using of proxy (you can't limit speed, when you use NAT) and users get slow internet.

2. Varying internet speed limitation. In given interval of time user can get only limited internet traffic quantity. When this limit is reached, internet turns off, and enables only when given time interval ends.
For example, time interval is 5 minutes, traffic limit 10mb.
User starts internet session.
In first 5 minutes he downloaded 9mb
In second 5 minutes he downloaded 4mb
In next minute he downloaded 9mb and internet turns off. Internet will turn on only in 4 minutes.

To set up this internet limitation you have to do changes in cc.ini file, in [ClubControlClient] section.

MaxIntervalTraffic=<traffic limit in bytes> (0)
InetSpeedInterval=<time interval in seconds> (900)
