List view
To see list view, press F4, or use main menu - VIEW - LIST VIEW.
List view presents several sections:
Computers list
Columns description:
- ¹ - client computer number.
Computer icon consists of monitor body and screen.
- User session started, client computer
is disconnected.
- User session started, admin mode
is on.
- User session is not started and
disconnected.
- User session is not started and
blocked mode is on (usual mode).
- User session is not started and
admin mode is on.
- User session is started and
user mode is on (usual mode).
Other combinations of monitor body and screen on the icon are incorrect, and
may appear only in a fraction of a second.

Left. - Left time before current session
ends.

Mode - Admin, User, Blocked. Does not
defined when client computer is disconnected.

Application- Last started application
on client's computer.
- Night - Shows, if night is reserved or not.

Version - Shows ClubControlClient part
version number.
- End - Time, when current session ends.
- Be freed at - Shows time, when client computer will be
freed, taking into consideration all reserved for future sessions.
- Time left. - Shows time, left before client computer will
be freed, taking into consideration all reserved for future sessions.
Right click on the columns name shows menu, where you can choose,
wich columns you want to see.
Operating client's computers
Computers can be selected from the list with mouse or with Ctrl, Shift, Space,
Arrows buttons. CTRL+A selects all computers. You can operate
selected computers right clicking on them, or from top menu. You can sort columns,
clicking on the column title (fro example, to see first freed computer)
Double mouse click or ENTER shows ADD TIME DIALOG,
if selected computer has started postpaid session - it shows STOP POST PAID
SESSION dialog.

Press right mouse button to show menu and to configure screenshot
appearance and quality.
Quality - set quality of JPF file, that client
computer send's to server as screenshot. Less quality - less network load.
Priority - the priority of clubcontrolclient part,
when getting screenshot. More priority - faster you get screenshot, but other
runing on client computer applications may experience delays.
Refresh when computer is selected - when client computer selected
from computers list, you get it's screenshot.
Refresh every - screenshot will be updated with selected interval.
Sessions list
When computer is selected from the computers list,
sessions list automatically fills up with it's sessions. You can see sessions
for current work day in work mode of server and for loaded days in view mode.
You can sort columns by pressing on column name. When you select some rows they
goes to selective report (menu FILE - SELECTIVE REPORT)
Operating sessions list
You can do some operations with sessions from right click mouse
menu, or from top menu TIME.
Traffic refresh menu must be used only when traffic analyzer is on, this is
very rare case.
STOP - used when user wants to stop his session. Operator can either give user
left money or not, depending on RETURN check box. For other operations see -
Start session, Add time,
Move to, Delete, Stop,
Change tariff.
Monitoring
When client computer is selected from computer list
it sends its running processes, opened windows and network connections to server.
Right mouse click opens menu, where operator can kill process, windows or connection
and can refresh this list. Autorefresh menu defines, whether to refresh processes,
windows and connections list, or not.
You can see free memory and disk space above processes list.
Fan speed, CPU temperature, chipset temperature and HDD temperature you can
see only if you install MBM
program. Licensed users can download it from our forum, It is free donate-ware
program from exterior programmer.
Chat
To send message to selected clients enter text and press SEND button,
or press ENTER. If you press CTRL+ENTER, message sends as QUICK
MESSAGE. You can add flags for your messages. For example, message 'This
is textbox /B' will appear in textbox, if you press CTRL+ENTER and text 'This
is textbox ' will appear as red text on the top of client's screen.
If there is another server part of ClubControl connected to server through ClubControl
Network, those messages sends to all connected servers.
If you press F4 twice, list view appears without any other windows.
If some elements of program interface seems to be strange, invisible or corrupted,
you can delete register key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ClubControl\3.0\Interface.
