Server settings
Mail settings
You can start server settings from FILE - SETTINGS menu.
- Session start, Night start, Night stop. ClubControl
server has session with 24 hours length. You have to restart ClubControl
after session stops. If your cyber cafe starts work at 9-00 and stops at
23-00, you can use SESSION START 9-00 and NIGHT START 23-00.
- Prices round: Money will be only whole numbers.
- Seconds between users - when there are a lot of customers
in your cyber cafe, you can sell sessions for future, right user-after-user.
When you try to start session on computer, that already has session, start
time in ADD TIME dialog will be equal to current session stop time + this
interval.
- Port : Network port. You can use default. Must be equal
to port, defined on client part.
- Connection test interval : every this interval client computer
sends it's state to server.
- Computers amount - number of client computers.
- Remember last added time - remember last started session
length.
- Automatically calculate time by money - if option is
on, time appears when you define money in ADD TIME dialog. If option is
off - you have to press CTRL+ ENTER to calculate time by money.
- Allow postpaid sessions - if option is on, postpaid sessions
are allowed, if option is off - only prepaid sessions are allowed.
- Use operators registration - when you start ClubControl
server, WELCOME dialog appears, where operator has to define his user name
and password, if option is on. If option is off - ClubControl server will
start with full rights, so everyone can set up everything. It is strongly
recommended to use operators registration.
- Need to know last password for administrative mode when changing
- defines, if operator has to know previous password for administrative
mode, when changes this password.
- Allow tariff changing - defines, if operator can change
tariff.
- Discount spreads to traffic - defines, if all types of
discounts spreads to traffic cost, or not.
- DATA folder - *.cc3 files are located there.
- Prices folder - prices located there
- Client update folder - folder for client's updates. You
can put client updates to this folder and choose CLIENT - ADVANCED - SEND
UPDATE menu to send update to client computer.
- Message in - operator will get question to send message
to all clients in defined time.
- Main pass - main password. Only administrator must know
this password. You can create user with administrative right even from operators
account, if you know this password.
Advanced
 You
can define password to "show window" menu from tray. Right click on
clubcontrol icon in tray and choose CHANGE PASSWORD menu.
Balloon messages can infor operator about some events.
Right click on clubcontrol icon in tray and select MESSAGES
menu, ti set up balloon messages.

Clien computer state change - client computer states changing
between user, admin and blocked.

Client connection lost - some network problems, or client
computer hang up.

Message to operator - Char with client computer.
