Internet traffic

With ClubControl internet cafe software you can calculate internet time and traffic, also you can deny access to internet if it is not included in tariff, or when user has achieved his traffic limit. Also you can adjust internet speed for each computer.

There are two ways to control internet:

1. Sniffer + TCP firewall.
2. Build in proxy

With sniffer you can calculate traffic with practically any type of internet connection. Using sniffer + firewall allows you to give access to some sites and deny to other. You can calculate and block internet enabled through NAT.
If you use proxy to share your internet connection, you can use built in proxy. You can adjust internet speed with it.

Typical configurations:

• You use proxy server, no games through internet - you can use both 1st and 2nd ways.
• You use proxy server and NAT enabled - use only 1st way. If you will use built in proxy, you will not be able to calculate internet coming through NAT.
• You use only NAT - Use 1st way.
  

You can define in prices, if tariff includes internet, or not, traffic cost and how many traffic is given in one hour.

You can define, how many bytes in 1kb. cc.ini file, [ClubControl] section:
TrafficKb1000=0 - 1 Êá has 1024 bytes
TrafficKb1000=1 - Êá has 1000 bytes
